Corrugate
Box Guide
Q & A
What types of containers do you stock?
We do not stock any inventory. Corrugate is porous by nature and in time will absorb moisture, weakening the integrity of the packaging. We provide you with top quality, freshly made corrugate boxes per your custom order. Our turn around time is very fast. We typically deliver orders in 2-3 days but we can have an order out to you in the same day if needed!
Do you have a minimum order requirement?
We do not have a minimum order requirement. Also, delivery is included within a 60 mile radius.
Why is corrugate the best material for packaging ?
Corrugated packaging is more cost effective and weighs less than other materials such as plastic, wood, and metal. Additionally, being able to ship and store flat corrugated boxes, it saves you money and floor space. Most importantly, when it comes to protecting your products during shipment, corrugate resists impact and vibration. It is also strong enough to stack and is recyclable.
What is your turn-around time for delivery?
Our customary delivery time is 2-3 days from the placement of your order and delivery is free within a 60 mile radius. However, we know that sometimes emergencies occur and you need an order ASAP. We will try to have your order to you in the same day if necessary.
Can my logo be printed on my containers?
Yes! We can print your logo and product information directly on your packaging in up to 3 colors.
What is a BMC?
BMC stands for "box manufacturer's certificate. It is usually found on one of the bottom flaps of a box. It states the name and location of the box manufacturer, its resistance to puncture or crush (ECT) and the maximum weight and dimension limits.

Location of Manufacturer
What is ECT?
The Edge Crush Test (ECT) is used to determine the resistance to compression of the flutes in pounds per square inch. The higher the ECT rating the greater the stacking strength.
Are corrugated boxes recyclable?
Corrugate is more likely to be recycled than any other paper product. According to RISI, The leading information provider for the global forest products industry, 91% of all corrugate is recycled.
Is it possible to change my corrugate to obtain greater stacking strength?
We are here to help with any improvements to the performance of your packaging. The usage of higher performance packaging or redesigning your current packaging can result in increased stacking strength.
Is it possible to have hand holes or vent holes in my box design?
Yes. We have standard-sized vent/hand holes that we can add to your box design.
Can you ship my order to another location?
We deliver your orders with our own fleet direct from our door to your desired location. Delivery is free within a 60 mile radius.
Can my printing dies be used on multiple sizes?
It depends on the complexity of the print and the number of print colors contained within. We will always design a printing die to make it as versatile as possible.
Do you use inks that contain heavy metals?
No. Being an environmentally conscientious company, we only use Flexographic (water-based) inks.
